This week we couldn’t be more excited to attend one of the biggest food industry events of the year: Natural Products Expo East. This biannual event (the west coast version happens in the spring) attracts over a thousand natural foods vendors, including hundreds of producers that specialize in gluten-free foods. Some show off their tried-and-true favorites, while many take this opportunity to launch brand new products. Did I mention there will be samples?!
Since Natural Products Expo East is a trade event open to industry folks only, we’ll be reporting about all of the great new products we try and exhibitors we meet so that you all can follow along.
